Planing of vertical and rooftop greening
We support you in planning all technical aspects of building greening. To avoid unexpected costs during the construction process, we recommend starting the planning of a façade or roof greening already in the design phase of your property. We then plan all details with your architects and review all technical requirements with your structural engineer in close collaboration.
Exclusive Design Consultation
In a non-binding design consultation, particularly oriented to your needs and your schedule, you will receive an initial site analysis, first non-binding cost estimation, explanation of the approval process, information on the planning steps and execution time, as well as initial proposals for the planning direction.
The consultation lasts approximately 1 hour and is usually conducted online. Upon request, an on-site consultation is also possible, for which travel costs will be charged. For very busy individuals, we offer our VIP Design Consultation on weekends.
Included:
- An overview of the documents required before commissioning object planning.
- Initial analysis of the property location and site: Are your wishes and ideas feasible at the location?
- What cost framework does your construction project fall within?
How long does the planning take? - Approval process for new installations (information on property drainage and/or felling of existing trees)
- How long would the construction time be?
Following the consultation, you will also receive: - a checklist with questions for the planning (to decide on goals and priorities)
- and an FAQ with the most frequently asked questions about the design process, with information on the first steps of planning, cost groups and planning phases.
- If interested in a planning service, you will also receive a fee proposal and initial ideas for your property.
